Description:
The Flower of Life is universally known as the symbol of creation. When we combine the energy of crystals and sacred geometry with our intention, a powerful synergistic effect occurs to focus and amplify our intention. Visually, the grid serves as a reminder of us to take action to create our own reality.

How to Use:

Step 1: Set your intention
Determine the reason being making a crystal grid - what is it that you wish to manifest? Common examples include abundance, attracting new love, getting in shape or acing an exam. Be specific. You may write your intention on a piece of paper and place it under the centre stone later.

Step 2: Select your stones
You will want to choose stones with energy that are aligned with your intention. For example, if you wish to get that promotion at work, you may want to use tiger eye (resilience), garnet (stamina), onyx(focus), citrine(abundance) or green aventurine (opportunities) to support you in your endeavour. If there are several options, choose the ones that you are most attracted to.

Step 3: Cleanse your stones
After selecting the appropriate stones, you may cleanse them with running water, sunlight, moonlight, sage or sound (singing bowls, bells, etc.).

Step 4: Choose a location
The grid should be placed in a location where you can see it clearly to remind you of your intention. It is important that the area is free from clutter.

Step 5: Place the stones on the grid
Holding your intention, state any affirmations that you may have and pace the stones on the grid. Some people like to start from the outside and go in, others prefer to begin in the middle. Do what feel best to you.

Step 6: Activate the grid
Continue to hold your intention, taking time to visualise the desired outcome. Feel it, believe it. The grid is now activated. (Note: more advanced users may use a crystal wand to "connect" the crystals on the grid)
